As the title suggests, Im trying to develop a website that allows users to rent out their residential parking spaces to other drivers.
The hope is
1- The user can login and create his own account
2- Pinpoint the location of his/her parking space on the website interactive map
3- Communicate with people interested in renting the space and making paying the owner of the parking space through the site.
An example of the type of website I am thinking of is

Can such a site be developed using wordpress?
