Developing a WordPress page for my bachelor in IT (slow website)

I am using a free version of WordPress and astra as theme. i have a few plugins all of them are free :

* CookieYes
* Custom Post type UI
* Elementor
* ElementsKit Lite
* Folders
* Go Live Update Urls
* LiteSpeed Cache
* Mobile Menu
* Post Type Switcher
* Reveal IDs
* WP Job Manager
* WP-Optimize

The main developer left the company and left no documentation. I continued where the developer left off. The hosting company is one of the largest in my country so the problem is not there. I am not sure if deleting some of the plugins would help or not, if so which? If it is not the plugins or the host what else could it be?
