I have a recurring issue but only with some customers. Most of our sales have no issues getting processed with reCAPTCHA enabled through woo commerce checkout. However we do have a few reoccurring problem customers.
I generally tend to blame tis on the customer end but we do lose sales from it. I suspect certain browsers or systems in use but they seem to have problems whether on PC or phone using different browsers.
I am looking for the best way to guide these customers or create some FAQ content to help people having this issue. They go through the normal checkout process then are logging in to finish checkout they complete the reCAPTCHA hit login. it cycles back says it failed and its then unchecked. I watched customer go though it on their phone yesterday. She called her husband to run it and thye had same issue. I was unable to recreate it and I plenty of orders that do come though with no complaints but a handful with complaints and ewho knows how many just give up and I never hear about them.
What are my likely causes and how canI guide these people to fix whatever is goin on on their end?
