Did Wpscan just send an email to new and old customers rewarding them 20 dollars for a review?

My first thought is thar this must be a masterful phishing mail, but it seems legit.

Pretty crazy if it is legit, too. Buying reviews at this presumed scale can’t be cheap.

Did you receive one too and what are your thoughts?
