Different content showing on mobile and desktop versions of a site?

[ad_1]

I duplicated a previous page to easily copy the layout with new content and everything looks good on desktop with the new content I’ve added, however there is content from the old page (images, text, whole sections) appearing on the mobile version that were either deleted or disabled on the desktop version.

I didn’t build this site, I came in late as a designer to edit it, but don’t currently have access to the person who built the site.

I’m not super experienced with WordPress so not sure if this is a feature where you’re able to have different content on desktop and mobile, but I haven’t been able to find any info about this.

Any help would be appreciated!

  1. It will be getting cached somewhere. Possibly on the server, so you’ll have to flush it. Also in the client.

    Can you share the url?

  2. Depending on the theme the site is using, it may have the option to display certain content for desktops, tablets or mobile. Which theme is the site using?
