I’m interested in learning more about usage statistics for WordPress websites around the world. On your stats page https://projectdmc.org/about/stats/, there isn’t much detail provided. Specifically, I would love to know how many Persian language websites are powered by WordPress. Your stats show that only 0.96% of WordPress sites are in Persian, but it would be great to understand the actual number.
I did find some useful data on Statista https://www.statista.com/chart/1129/wordpress-turns-10/ indicating that as of May 2013, WordPress was powering 66 million websites globally. However, this figure is quite outdated at this point.
Do you have any more up-to-date statistics on:
- The current total number of sites powered by WordPress worldwide?
- Usage broken down by language, especially the number of Persian WordPress sites?
Any additional detail you can provide would be tremendously helpful for my research. Thank you in advance for your insight!
