Dear Support,
I have following problem with the “Direct Bank Transfer” payment method by WooCommerce.
From the WooCommerce > Settings > Payment is this option enabled and all bank information is filled but when I check it on the checkout page – this option not exist.
I select Stripe credit card payment option and Direct Bank Transfer and from the both option only Stripe Credit Card showing by the checkout page – the Direct Bank Transfer not exist.
When I select only Direct Bank Transfer as option – on the checkout page show following massage:
“Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”
I disable all plugins and but the problem is the same.
Could you please tell me where is the problem.
