The directory no longer updates when we make changes. We’ve made a spelling correction and also deleted a staff member but the updates don’t show on our staff directory and the deleted staff member is still there.

But page still shows misspelled. Dashboard shows Buennagel but page shows Buennagle:. Also staff next to them has been deleted in dashboard but still shows.

Steps we’ve taken to try to fix the issue:
Made sure Connections Business Directory and Gridder extension are up to date as well as WordPress
Made sure Connections Business Directory is only active on the main site not Network Active
Cleared the server cache for the site (we’re on WPEngine)
Cleared local browser cache and opened the page in a private window
