is there a way to stop ALL styling and injection of code of a WordPress page. My company got an HTML/JS/CSS page mockup and while I can just copy and paste the code into elementor HTML, and I am enqueuing the CSS and JS, its still being overridden by WordPresss conflict free mode and the default theme styling.

Just upload the HTML (and any necessary CSS, JS files) page to your server, outside of WordPress eg /mockups/index.html
try pasting that CSS in WP customizer css instead of elementor custom css field? If that doesn’t work. You should use some custom css classes.
