We do not send the Shipped (Completed) order status email directly; we only change the order status from Processing to Shipped (Completed). The duplicate emails are likely being triggered by WooCommerce’s default email notifications.
To disable the automatic WooCommerce emails, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and turn off the Order Completed email notifications. This should prevent customers from receiving two emails.
