Hi,
since recently my products don’t appear with the discount label on Meta ads.
I have set the necessary option in Meta ads settings to display a label for discount on the products that are currently in promotion in my shop.
However, on the ads, the products appear without a discount label and with regular price.
By the way the old promoted products continued to appear with discount label for quite some time after the last promotion in the Woocommerce shop ended. Now they appear with regular prices, but the newly discounted products also have regular prices and no discount label.
I tried to sync the products numerous time manually, but without success. When I browse Facebook on my phone and when the ad appears, there are no labels for current discounts.
Initially I thought this is a caching issue (using WP ROcket), but I deactivated the caching plugin and tried to sync the products again. Still, there’s no update on the ads.
Any idea what could cause this?
