Discount Price be deducted from Comissions

Hello,

At times, store vendors want to give out discounts, but the discount amount is not deducted from the Commission of the vendor, rather it is deducted from store owner. Is there an option / plugin to fix that , allowing discount codes to deduct from Vendor side ?

I did a quick search but couldn’t find any such thing option
