“Discourage search engines from indexing this site” keeps getting ticked

Hi all,

so the worst option for SEO keeps getting ticked for two of my websites (not the third one) out of nowhere. took me many painful months to realize. I dsiabled every SEO-Plugin, but it’s still happening. I activated F2A. I’m also not sure when it’s getting ticked. I check the settings every day and it seems random. Mostly I’d say every 2-3 weeks.
