When a customer orders something and doesn't pay my GA4 still tracks it as a purchase. This doesn't happen a lot because most people finish their orders but it still leaves discrepancies in my data.
This happens almost 99% of the times with one of the payment methods which is done trough an ATM which doesn't require immediate pay.
Does anyone know how to make google analytics not count the orders that have the "waiting for payment" as sales ?
I use the plugin GTM4WP. If someone can link a guide how to correctly set this up I would aprecciate it.
Your best bet is to contact GTM4WP as it’s likely that their plugin is triggering the event.
