Display and edit a subset of custom fields on a page?

Hi again WordPress community,

What would be the best way to expose a subset of fields (I’m using ACF) on a page? For example, suppose I have fields FirstName, LastName, then a radio button for FavoriteColor as custom fields but I want to make the FavoriteColor field editable on a page without showing FirstName & LastName.

I tried this with WPForms Pro, but it gets upset when the form doesn’t include required fields. It also doesn’t seem to properly link values from radio buttons.

This seems one of those things that is probably simple but I’m just not seeing it.
