I’m pretty new with WordPress and will be working on a Divi site. Thinking of signing up for an account at Elegant Themes that, I think, will offer some support. Has anyone worked with them? Have they been helpful? Looking for really (*really*) basic stuff.

Only you can answer that. Have you used the theme? You should be able to setup a test site ([https://localwp.com](https://localwp.com)), experiment with it for a few days then make a decision.
