Also, if I follow this link on another device, the buy button is still active and when pressed sends me back to Paypal to purchase again.

Thank you very much for the link.
You have inserted the store shortcode directly on the download page. In this case, our plugin will display the links to the audio file at the end of the page’s content. However, as you have ticked the “Increase the download page security” checkbox in the store’s settings, the plugin includes an additional security level. Instead of displaying the download links, it enables a dialog for entering the email address used to purchase the plugin (the email address associated with the payment gateway of the payer). Please, look at the screenshot below:
The buyer must enter its email address to access the files links.
I recommend separating the download and store pages. Please, move the store shortcode to another page ([music_store columns="3"]). Also, if you want to display the download links in another position of the download page’s content instead of the bottom, you can insert the special text {download-links-here} where you want the plugin to display the links or email dialog.
