Do “exported” block themes get updates as usual?

I have Twenty Twenty-Three WordPress theme installed on a site where I did a bunch of customizations. Now, I want to export (from [inside Editor](https://i.imgur.com/HVkYeCV.png)) the same theme and upload it to a different website.

My question is, does this 2023 exported theme on the new website get updates from WordPress as usual?
