Do I need Jetpack?

After a lot of troubleshooting, I think Jetpack is the cause of some issues for my Advanced Custom Fields and custom post types I am creating.

However, Jetpack is required for Woocommerce Shipping and Tax.

My question is, what are some other plugins I can use instead of Woocommerce Shipping and Tax so that I can get rid of Jetpack from my site? If I can’t get rid of it, I would like to disable all Jetpack settings except the components critical to Shipping and Tax. What needs to be enabled?
