Are you using Jetpack plugin to send notifications to the subscribers? If yes, then I recommend asking at so its developers and support community can help you with this.
How do I know if I’m using the Jetpack plugin? I have it installed, but I don’t do anything with Jetpack before or after publishing a post.
In Jetpack Settings under Subscriptions/View Your Email Subscribers, it says I have 25 Subscribers and 345 Team Members. Those “team members” are my manually added subscribers.
Does this mean they won’t get my new post via email?

Out of the box, WP does not come with “subscription” feature.
Looking at your site, I notice you use jetpack, which does come with the subscription feature.
You may be using some other plugin; however I have no way to know.
If you use jetpack, then as I recommended in my previous reply, try asking at so its developers and support community can help you with this.
