I use the standard social icons block and a code snippet that dynamically points them to the respective share URLs. Very “clean” and no JS involved. I took the code from a GenerateBlocks forum post and modified it slightly for the standard social icons block. Unable to find it now, will edit this comment and share when I login tomy laptop.
