Docs to clean HTML

Since around 80% of our clients are still using the Classic Editor, I’m encountering an ongoing issue with Docs. When I copy content from Google Docs and paste it into the Classic Editor, it includes unnecessary HTML tags like <span style=”font-weight: 400″>.

I’ve tried using the Google Docs to Clean HTML Converter ([site](https://www.gdoctohtml.com/)), but it doesn’t cleanup everything.

Do you have any recommendations for how to address this issue?
