Based on personal experience, on the occasions where I have used the Elementor Pro plugin, I noticed that it interferes with not only your caching plugins features but also with Cloudflare Pro features as well.
As a matter of fact and based on testing the speed, I noticed that having the Elementor performance features enabled, actually slowed down the site in some instances.
I just tuned the all off.
What about you ?
Elementor’s performance optimization features are generally good. The one’s that may conflict with your optimization implementations are their new element caching feature, and their lazy loading features (image optimization and background image lazy load) as those are potentially already handled by your optimization plugins.
The inline SVGs functionality is great, the css improvements they’ve made are also solid. Disabling Gutenberg CSS if you’re not using it using Elementor’s performance option for that is solid too. The optimized control loading feature should in most cases improve performance, but YMMV and I suggest testing with it enabled and with it disabled (in isolation, only toggle that feature and then retest).
