Does anyone know how to get rid of these?

I have tried removing everything from the primary sidebar widget section and when I do I just get this box telling me what it is. And I also have no idea how to get rid of this “Home” on the bottom of my page. I can’t seem to find that. Can anyone help? I am fairly new to this.
