I’m sorry but ATUM doesn’t handle invoices. This is out of the scope of ATUM’s purpose.
We have Purchase Orders, Inventory Logs and are able to handle WooCommerce orders but for invoicing you would need an invoicing plugin (like PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce, for example).
