Does ClassicPress support Elementor and all the other major plugins?

In light of the recent events, I was thinking what happens if WP as we know it gets ruined (thanks to the ego of one person), can I use ClassicPress to migrate my clients' Elementor sites? Yes, I know, the repo wont be there. But, can we manually install plugins?

Also, I really like Gutenberg. Can I make Gutenberg work in ClassicPress?
