Does Malware in WP Comments Need To be Addressed?

Immunify360 ran by my hosting company is generating malware alerts for spam comments on some of my sites. Is this legit malware that needs to be addressed?

Fwiw I've got dozens of other sites with countless spam comments not generating an alerts. And Wordfence is not generating an error. I'm not sure if this is a real issue, or just host pushing their paid service.

This was the deets:

"Please find the list of malicious code injected in the wp_comments database table. (see pic)

  1. This looks fine and as expected when someone posts bad comments.
Id recommend increasing the threshold to post a comment and using a plugin like antispam bee to purge known bad comments automatically
