I’ve taken a look at your website, and everything seems to be functioning smoothly. When I entered an address, the progress bar appeared as expected.
Just a small tip: if you’d like the progress bar to be displayed right away, you can set the default shipping zone in the general settings.
As for the checkout process, the progress bar is indeed visible, but it may not be immediately obvious due to your multi-step checkout. The progress bar is located in the last section, which is the payment step.
