There is a site with installed clean WordPress and template Twenty Twenty-One. The site has Russian localization. Redux Framework is installed on a clean site. Activate the demo panel. Data from the demo panel are not translated into Russian, although the translation is officially available at translate.projectdmc.org and loaded into WordPress automatically.

If you look at the screenshot, only the buttons are translated, but the demo panel itself is not translated, although the translation is fully available on translate.projectdmc.org and it does not work fully in your plugin.
