This is what I want to do:
1. Host an “open letter” on a WordPress site
2. Allow people to fill out a form to “co-sign” this letter. Form might ask some questions, eg. their name and affiliation.
3. Automatically display the results of this form in a searchable/filterable way on the WordPress site.
You need a petition plugin.
Use Gravity Forms.
