Hi,
Koko is indeed not designed to work with infinite scroll plugins, it sees that as 1 page load because in fact only 1 page was loaded (technically).
With Koko Pro you can use JS events to still send in to what pages someone scrolled, if you scroll plugin fires some JS events for each page that is dynamically loaded.
