Good morning! I believe I am the victim of domain hijacking. Since this evening, I have realized that my domain name is redirected to an unknown advertising site. Normally we should see a WordPress blog talking about mountains and hiking… I'm with Racknerds. I opened a ticket but while waiting for a response I looked at my profile on racknerd. My domain name has been unlocked and the contact information has also been changed. I tried resetting the contact information but I doubt it will work. As for rebarring my domain name, it always gives me an error. I have no idea how they did it knowing that the first thing I did when I bought this domain name was to block it.
On the Racknerd side for the moment they are rather inactive, just telling me that it's normal to see an advertising site instead of my blog. But they in no way pushed the research further. My cpanel.domain-name is also impossible to open. They are incapable of realizing this.
I came to see you in panic. My native language is French and I have to translate everything. What should I say or do to them so that they can understand? Do you have a contact in this company? A person who would be more intelligent than the one who is currently answering me?

It’s not normal for your site to carry advertising from unknown source unless you are hacked. You need to lock down registrar where you purchased your domain name. Do you still have access to it to change nameservers or A record?
It’s possible some of your information was reveal in some recent breech or dump. Users involved in breeches has increased 1000% this year. Lock down your EMAIL PASSWORD TOO, CHANGE IT TO SOMETHING SECURE.
Contact your domain registrar. This is unrelated to WordPress or your webhosting.
Perform a WHOIS lookup on your domain.
Are the nameservers still pointing to your host?
Where did you register the domain? The problem could be there.
Or, a hacked site/cPanel account that is now set to redirect.
One not excluding the other.
P.S.
Racknerd?

Where’s the domain purchased from, also racknerd?
Check your htaccess and remove the redirect.
