The old page is being cached by Hostinger’s CDN, as the screenshot below shows.
I’m not familiar with Hostinger, and can’t tell you how to flush that manually (if it’s at all possible). If you can’t figure it out, open a support ticket with your host (you may have to show them the definitive proof below, else they may give you the go-round 😀 )
