So when developing with WordPress, my domains are just “loading” but never coming up. And then i get the “there was an issue retrieving all domains” error. I have tried on several occasions and I know my internet connection is good, as WordPress is the only site that has trouble.

Never heard of that error before. Need details – what hosting… why ‘domains’ and not ‘domain’ – is that the error message – or your translation? What’s the actual message? Did they ever work? When did they stop?
Any other useful info…
Are you using WordPress.com hosting? Domains don’t “load”, so it’s a weird message. Maybe supply a screenshot?
