I have decided to move off Bluehost having recently experienced multiple bizarre and unexplained errors, website corruption, paged posted this month (06/2024) showing as published in 2021, etc. The most recent bizarre incident is from a WP custom menu that no matter how you edit it and save it, it just rolls back to it’s original state as if you hadn’t edited it all!
I have five sites that are NOT live yet, so I’m considering just getting a brand new hosting service (probably Hostinger) and migrating only the domain names and build the sites from the ground up instead of migrating the sites from Bluehost and potentially inheriting any corruption.
Thoughts please…

You’ve not worked out the cause, so moving hosts seems a little premature. Chances are the issues will move with the site, and you’ll have gone through a lot of hassle moving it.
Have you reached out to Bluehost to try and understand the issues?
Otherwise, make sure to ask about them here, as we can maybe help you out with them.
Your plan of going to Hostinger becuase you want a better server is probably going to be a frying pan to a fire situation. Get on r/webhosting and actually find a good host if you are planning to switch.
But as u/dartiss has pointed out without making sure this isn’t an issue with your core install you are just taking your problems with you where ever you go.
