Swift Performance policies are garbage. I would recommend not using them anymore as they just take your money and run.
3 years ago, I bought swift performance and did enjoy using it and did the job well. That was before I started using Cloudways which comes with a plugin, Breeze, which does caching already optimized with there servers. Haven’t used Swift since then even though its a decent product.
Well I just got a transaction charged of $200 WITHOUT a notification that they will be renewing. I asked support for a refund the next day and THEY DENIED IT since their policy refuses to refund renewals. All I can say is this is garbage.
A company that has policies like that should not be trusted.

Contact your bank and do a charge back. If it’s not running on your site they don’t have any ground to stand on, and the licensing should have logs/timestamps. So should any email notification of the renewal, which it sounds like they didn’t send any. Some card companies have policies against that, like Mastercard for example.
