Sorry, but this may not be fixed since WooCommerce brings its own Lightbox which causes a conflict with Lightbox with PhotoSwipe. If there is no way to disable the WooCommerce internal lightbox, you can not use PhotoSwipe, sorry. Also see the FAQ, section “The plugin seems not to work properly”.
I also noticed, that you use some kind of “autooptimize” for CSS – please try to disable that and see if that changes anything.
