Yes. Your drop-downs are not rendered as drop-downs because you use the multiple option in the form-tag.

Do you really need to set the option? If you want a multiple selectable list I rather recommend using checkboxes.
Oh. I see. They do not need to be “multiple”, so I just removed that and they work fine now.
