I’m running linux (nixOS specifically).

I followed [these directions here for running WP in Docker.]) The directions work fine and I can see my site.
My issue is, I copied the original folder to a new folder (for a new local site) and then ran the Docker image but it still seems to access the files from the old site/folder and I can’t run a different local site with different plugins/database.
How would I duplicate this properly so I can run an entirely different site without any crossover?
