The Import Reviews tool does not check if the review exists before importing. If you impoerted the save CSV file twice, you will need to manually delete the duplicates.

I want to share one thing with you: I see a problem in the exported data. I used the option to export assigned posts in post_type:slug format, but in the CSV file, part of the slug is missing for existing posts (not all).

The assigned_posts column in the CSV file will only have a value if that review was assigned to a post.
