After switching our membership system from SilkStart to MemberPress six months ago, we’re starting to get complaints from a few people that they’re renewing early and being “shorted” on their next renewal dates.
Example:
* Someone’s annual membership expired March 14, 2023
* They renewed on Feb. 15
* Now their next renewal date is Feb. 15, 2024.
Now they feel like they’ve been gypped out of a month.
Short of telling everyone that they need to either set up automated renewals, or wait until the last minute… is there a solution for this? I can’t find anything in the settings or the help files that address this particular issue.
