Easy to design themes for personal blog?

I’ve just begun designing my own blog site and currently the theme I’m using (Hestia) quite difficult to customise. I want to include testimonials of clients and companies I’ve worked at, also my work of course.

Please suggest decent looking and easy to manage themes.
