I’m looking to set up my own registration system for my groups events. The idea of using wordpress with a ticket sale type plug in seems like it would work, but I’d like to hear from anyone with a similar setup to see if the things I need are possible.
Ideally:
* Users would create accounts to be able to easily purchase future tickets with saved settings
* They would need to be able to choose options for the events, some of which are dependent on how many tickets are sold and what’s still available
* Pay with a credit card
* Handle refunds easily
* Display a list of all tickets sold with their entry info (name, class, number) for anyone to see
* Export all of the entry info for an event to a csv or tab delimited in a specified arrangement
* Ability to easily email blast entrants to an event
This seems like its pretty straight forward, with maybe the last 3 being tricky?
So, does anyone have experience doing something similar and could tell me what you use and what your experience has been like?
