Hello, I developed a website for a client and the website is having a very low result in the Lighthouse Report Viewer, in the mobile version..
I would like to know some tips and the like to improve these results
According to the print, these css are costing me 5 seconds to load, how can I improve this?

Are you doing this in the developer tools? Make sure you’re doing it when logged out of the site, or in incognito mode, and see what the score is then.
If you run the lighthouse report (from the developer tools) when logged in then you’ll be loading all of the admin resources that get loaded, resulting in a report that’s not very accurate.
First remove the loading animation. It making the slow loading even worse by forcing you to wait, rather then see parts of the website that are available. And really, it’s just added code that isn’t needed.

Your host seems a little weak. Are you using a shared host? If so, try to get a cheap VPS. Will be 100% better.
You’re using cloudflare and that’s good, but remember, Cloudflare’s free version is not magic. It’s not going to make up for a slow host and a heavy WP site
That file is not what’s holding up your site.
Mobile and Desktop loads at the same speed.
Your site has a preloader that only sort of works. All of the Elementor and Woo commerce and images and etc your website is loading A LOT. You have an all around very heavy website.
