Economical WordPress Site deployment

[ad_1]

So I have a website hosted on Lightsail. The availbility is pathetic to say the least. In addition every 3-4 days I have to manually restart all services when somebody informs that the site is down. I can have a script restarting services every 3-4 days but I feel I should just change the infrastructure.

I am not looking to deploy various parts in different VMs. Can someone suggest a single VM solution with decent availability? An EC-2 perhaps will have a better availability? Or some other platform Linode? or GCP or something?

  1. I use lightsail for various wordpress for clients and never came across this issue.
I would export and recreate it on another instance if not raise a ticket with aws

  2. What’s your website traffic per day, and what are the specs of the VPS you are using? Linode is pretty good but if you aren’t using an appropriate sized machine any other provider will go down too.

  3. There is something wrong with your setup. Possible plugin conflicts? Malwares? Deadlocks?

Try digging in your access and error logs to figure it out
