HI – tested with 1.9.4.1 and the latest beta you send me yesterday. When im on wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=post no plugins are deactivated despite set correctly. On wp-admin/edit.php it works fine.
How did i get to this url? go to a single post edit screen and press the WordPress icon on the top left corner – it rediect to wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=post
Just realized that wp-admin/comment.php?action=editcomment&c=385 for example also dont work….
