Yes, you can simply set the Post ID directly in the Post Action “Target” in the UI.

If you prefer, you can also set it dynamically during the acfe_form() function invocation and then retrive it in the UI as the target in the Post Action.

You’ll find more explanations about this method in the documentation here. Usage example:

acfe_form(array(
    'name'         => 'my-form',
    'post_to_edit' => 14
));

Then in the UI, you can use the Template Tag {form:post_to_edit} in the Post Action “Target” setting.
