I have a friend that wants to create a WP site and likes how easy Elementor is to use/how flashy she can design things. But she said it was really slowing her site down. I don’t really have any suggestions for her, since I’ve been out of the WP ecosystem for some time now.
What’s a good alternative to Elementor these days that is feature-rich/produces clean code and is fun/easy to use for a dunce (I love her but she ain’t too bright lmao). Plugin or theme, doesn’t matter which.
Also she really dislikes the built-in Gutenberg editor.
