Elementor Auto renewal suscription

Hello people,

Yesterday I received an email notifying me about auto renewal of suscription (An option I didnt activate by myself) it is set by default.

I have emailed to support at the same day of renewal, not even a day been sinced the renewal. I dont even was notified by email days before of auto renewal. This is the email i got from Elementor support:

We understand that you are contacting us regarding a refund for the renewal of your Subscription. Please be advised that per our [Refund Policy](https://elementor.com/help/refund-policy/)​, there are 30 days to claim a refund for new subscriptions, which does not apply to Renewals and Upgrades.

Due to that, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate your request and provide you with the requested refund.
