Elementor changes alignment and ratio of a starter template in Astra

So I reset my whole website with WP Reset plugin, reinstalled elementor and starter templates, re-activated astra theme and as I pressed Edit with elementor and open it up, the alignment and ration of the text and pictures changes, making the website look completely broken. I can still edit the content but in this state it would just be easier to start from scratch. The header also seems to be behind the content and is slightly visible in the top right background peeking from the background. I tried re-installing all plugins again, changed 2 different templates and still the same thing. Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it? Thanks!
